Security is a GUIDED meditation blending Gong and soft spoken words to explore the qualities of the First Chakra, the root at the base of the spine. Visualize a ruby red sun radiating security, safety and trust, while releasing any fear, shame, or sorrow into the sound.

The intention of Security is to make you feel wonderfully vibrant and alive, and uses the affirmation: “I trust in the power of life”.
