Four Techniques of the FreeQuency Method

The FreeQuency Method blends multiple relaxation techniques including Gong Meditation, the simple practice of listening to beneficial sounds and frequencies produced by delicately played Planet Gongs. The Gongs acoustically elevate us, creating a deep, spontaneous meditative state that restores harmony and vitality to the mid, body and soul.

In addition to Gong Meditation, the FreeQuency Method incorporates three supporting techniques - Yoga Stretching, Breath Awareness and Intention Setting - all designed to put you in an optimal state for receiving the sounds of the Gongs.

Yoga Stretching

First, a gentle 10-minute Yoga Stretching routine to prepare your body for Gong Meditation. Focus Video: Yoga introduces seven simple, but powerful Yoga poses designed to benefit everyone, from the total novice to the advanced Yogi.

 

Breath Awareness

Next, a simple three to five minute Breath Awareness exercise to help you relax, get grounded and enter an ideal mind-body state for Gong Meditation. Focus Video: Breath exercises can be quickly mastered and used at your convenience to calm and balance.

Intention Setting

Setting an intention prior to the Gong Meditation is an exceptional way to steer your desired outcome by vocalizing, visualizing and ultimately feeling those results. Practicing Intention Setting can help replace stored negative emotions with feelings of contentment and well-being.

 

Gong Meditation

The fundamental component of the FreeQuency Method is Gong Meditation. The complex blend of tones and frequencies created by the Gongs can clear away the mental imprints that produce negative thought patterns, raising your personal vibration from the slow, dull vibrations produced by fear and anxiety, to the elevated vibrational sates resonating with peace, love and joy.
