Comprehensive Meditation: Chakra Exploration

Chakra Exploration is a GUIDED meditation blending Gong and soft-spoken words to explore the qualities of each of the eight main chakras. From the root center through the aura, this meditation allows the listener to release negative emotions stored in the centers and replace them with a positive counterpart.

Affirmations and visualizations are used to help increase the flow of energy through the Chakra system by removing blockages and expanding each center.
